If you have faced any problem during your CAT 2009 Attempt like Ambience of the test center not up to mark and you faced disruptions during your attempt which may have affected your performance You lost precious time out of your allotted time for the test due to technical glitches Your attempt was hampered due to poor user interface like images or questions not visible on the screen etc You could not use any feature of the software which may have impacted your attempt like problem during navigating, review options not working etc. Any other relevant and significant issue that may have hampered you performance Option 1 Submit your complaint at can submit an online complaint at http://www.prometric.com/IIM-CAT/contactus Under the subject tag select the option 'I was not satisfied with the experience on the exam day' and after that enter your grievance in “Question or comment “section. Option 2 If you do not get a convincing reply through Option 1 you may directly write to Directors of IIM.
